This morning I woke up, passed my dining table and saw the front page of today's paper. Oooh, I thought, Malaysia actually won something. Then I read the bottom : PM declared tomorrow a public holiday.

Whaaaa??

I mean, seriously? At first I did not choose to believe such stupidity. I thought the holiday was a replacement for the 1st of January which landed on a Saturday. So I flipped to the second page and read that, in fact, the public holiday was indeed in celebration of the Malaysian football team winning this shiz.

Wow. Such idiocy.

A total humiliation. How shallow, other countries would think of us. Najib's act just confirmed how surprised even Malaysian are concerning the win. It just shows that no one expected them to win!

I shall not discuss this further because it's dumb to get angry over something you can't change.
